Myjen AI — Powering Government & Enterprise Expansion

Client Overview
Myjen AI is an AI-powered edtech organization that had built roughly five years of presence in the Indian market, largely through direct enterprise and consumer channels.
The Challenge
Having established initial traction, Myjen AI wanted to enter a fundamentally different buyer category: government business. Government buyers operate on different procurement cycles, documentation standards, and relationship dynamics than enterprise clients, and Myjen AI had no structured playbook for either government entry or a scalable enterprise sales motion — growth so far had been achieved without a codified GTM or sales lifecycle.
LDC’s Approach
We began with a diagnostic of Myjen AI’s existing sales motion, buyer segments, and competitive positioning, then mapped the distinct requirements of government versus enterprise buying journeys — procurement pathways, empanelment requirements, decision-maker mapping, and typical deal timelines for each segment.
Solution Implemented
LDC built a complete Go-To-Market strategy spanning both segments, alongside a structured sales lifecycle framework defining stages from lead qualification through to closure, with segment-specific playbooks for government and enterprise pursuits, and clear ownership and handoff points across the sales process.
Impact
Myjen AI moved from an opportunistic, relationship-led growth approach to a strategically sequenced expansion model with defined pathways into both government and enterprise business — establishing the operational and strategic foundation needed to pursue public-sector contracts credibly for the first time.
